Steven R. Kellman has served with the Affordable Housing Task Force in San Diego.  He promoted and drafted the initial proposed "Right to Know" Good Cause Eviction ordinance passed in 2004.  He participated in a task force committee proposing regulations restricting smoking in multifamily units in San Diego. Although Mr. Kellman does not personally accept cases for his representation,
het remains active in consulting with other attorneys and volunteering time in giving seminars to various groups, government and other agencies and organizations.  He also contributes his efforts in various community and legislative education and projects.
